GoTaq® qPCR Master Mix
- 補正用の色素（CXR）の添加が必要な機器は？

補正用色素のCXR（carboxy-X-rhodamine）は、ROX™と同じように利用します。ROXなどパッシブリファレンス色素による補正が必要な機器のなかには、低濃度ROXもしくは高濃度ROXで補正する機器があります。
蛍光色素ベースのGoTaq qPCR Master Mix （カタログ番号A6001, A6002）には、あらかじめ低濃度CXRが含まれています。そのため補正不要もしくは低濃度ROX補正機器の場合、CXR添加は不要です。高濃度ROX補正機器の場合には、最終濃度300 nM（20 µlの反応液に対してCXRを0.2 µl）になるように加えてください。
蛍光プローブベースのGoTaq Probe qPCR Master Mix （カタログ番号A6101, A6102）には、あらかじめCXRは含まれていないため、機器に応じて以下のようにCXRを添加しご使用ください。
・低濃度ROX補正機器の場合
1 ml GoTaq Probe qPCR Master Mix, 2Xに対し、2 µl CXR添加
・高濃度ROX補正機器の場合
1 ml GoTaq Probe qPCR Master Mix, 2Xに対し、33.4 µl CXR添加
